Flat with shared bins: Flats and apartments use shared recycling bins instead of a blue bin and brown bin each. The council's flats page lists what they take but doesn't name the bins or their colours, and says some flats haven't yet been given the extended service for plastic bottles and cardboard. The page says nothing about shared rubbish, food or garden waste bins.
